Jesus narrated the most compelling analogy of the concept of neighbor. A certain man was vandalized by hoodlums and left half-dead and many passers-by overlooked this man’s need for help until a certain Samaritan came by and took it upon himself to cater to the wounded man’s needs. Jesus said that this Samaritan was the true neighbor of the wounded man. In response to this call to serve those who least expect anything from us mission rainbow was born.

Mission Rainbow is a mission outreach to Vijayawada, a city located on the banks of River Krishna of the Indian state of Andre Pradesh. The city is the third most densely populated in the urban population of built-up areas in the world and is the second largest city in Andhra Pradesh by population. It was recognized as a “Global City of the Future” and by divine indication, we believe it will serve as a base through which the gospel will spread throughout Asia. The Lord has opened a door for us in this city through a successful church plant effort and now we are gearing towards taking the good news of the Kingdom of Christ to this population that is rich with a variety of religion.

We will be administering food, clothing and medical assistance to the impoverished people in the city. Our goal is to bring the good news of the gospel to those who have been neglected and abandoned to be their true neighbor and attend to their needs in every ramification and most importantly their spiritual need of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. We are estimating to feed and clothe about 500 homeless people in the streets of Vijayawada while sharing the gospel with them. We hope that you can consider being a neighbor to these hurting souls by partnering with us financially to meet our goal for this outreach by making a generous donation towards this cause. Your tax-deductible donations will help us spread the gospel to this city that has the potential to be a hub for Christ in the nation of India.
